All items on this site are handmade and variations are characteristic of the technique utilized in the making of the piece. Please remember that colors displayed on monitors or handheld devices may differ and as such I can not be responsible for variations in color of items due to individual color settings.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me immediately and if possible include a photo of how the item was received. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order and require pre-approval before being returned for repair.
All returns must be shipped in a box with proper packaging to ensure no further damage occurs.
